Standard Bank Limited holds 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Standard Bank Limited was held on Thursday, 21st July 2022 at 11:00 am through Video Conference in digital platform instead of physical presence of the respected Shareholders and Directors. Mr. Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, the Honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank presided over the meeting. Honorable Chairman Mr. Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed briefly presented the business indicators of the Bank and Directors’ Report for the year 2021 to the Hon’ble Shareholders. The Managing Director & CEO Mr. Khondoker Rashed Maqsood delivered welcome speech to the shareholders at the outset of the meeting. It is worth mentioning here that all the Shareholders present in the AGM duly voted to approve all the agendas including 3% stock and 3% cash dividend for the year 2021.
