Standard Bank Limited Donates Tk Ten Crore to the Honorable Prime Minister's Relief & Welfare Fund In a program at honorable Prime Minister's Office on 27 June 2022; Standard Bank Limited donated Tk Ten Crore to the Honorable Prime Minister's Relief & Welfare Fund to stand by the flood affected people of the country. Leader of the People & honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina joined the program through video conferencing. Honorable Chairman of the Bank Mr. Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed handed over the cheque to Dr. Ahmad Kaikaus, Principal Secretary of honorable Prime Minister. Vice Chairman of the bank Mr. Ferdous Ali Khan was also present at the moment. It is to be noted that since its inception, as a part of its social responsibility Standard Bank Limited has always been an active part of various humanitarian programs. Previously during the wake of coronavirus outbreak, the bank provided hand sanitizers, relief and food items to the people and has been involved in the development of healthcare services.
