Standard Bank inaugurates 137th Branch at Dhaka Udyan, Mohammadpur, Dhaka Standard Bank Limited opened its 137th branch ‘Dhaka Udyan Branch’ (first Islamic Shariah based branch of SBL) at Udyan Dil, 16 Hazi Dil Mohammad Avenue, Block- B, Dhaka Udyan, Mohammadpur, Dhaka on 28 November 2019. Mr Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, Honorable Chairman of the Bank formally inaugurated the Branch as Chief Guest. Mr Md. Tariqul Azam, honorable Managing Director (acting) of SBL presided over the ceremony. Vice Chairman of the bank Al-Haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Directors Mr Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ferozur Rahman, S. A. M. Hossain, Md. Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, Kazi Khurram Ahmed, Najmul Huq Chaudhury and Md. Nazmus Salehin were present on the ceremony. Deputy Managing Director of SBL Mr Md.
